Scammers sometimes pretend to be delivery companies. Learn how to spot them and stay safe.
Don't click the link in it. Type the tracking ID from the message here instead. If MmEx has no record of it, the message is not from us.
These are the tricks to look out for
A message says your parcel is held and asks you to pay a small fee to release it.
A link leads to a copy of a tracking page that steals your details.
You are told to pay customs or duties straight away, often to a personal account.
Someone calls or messages you claiming to work for us and asks for private information.
Be careful if a message does any of these
"Pay in the next hour or your parcel will be returned."
You did not order anything, or the tracking ID is unfamiliar.
The link looks almost right, but the spelling or ending is different.
Real delivery fees are not paid this way.
Never share a password, PIN or one-time code with anyone.
Official messages are usually clear and professional.
Act quickly. Here is what to do
Stop replying and don't send any more money or details
Tell them what happened so they can block or trace the payment
Change any password you shared or reused
Tell us and your local authorities
Know what we will and won't do
