Packaging and shipping supplies

Use a strong, clean box that is the right size, so the contents cannot move. Fill empty space with paper or padding. Seal every opening with strong tape, in an H-shape on the top and bottom. Put the delivery address on the box and a second copy inside.

Wrap each item separately, with at least 5 cm of padding on every side. Use a box with room for padding all around, and mark it "Fragile". Items should never touch the sides of the box.

Use a document envelope or a stiff folder so papers do not bend. Put important papers in a plastic sleeve, in case of rain.

Use the original box if you still have it. Otherwise wrap the item in anti-static or bubble wrap, switch it off, and remove any batteries that can come out.

Close the container tightly and seal the lid with tape. Put it in a sealed plastic bag, then pad it inside a strong box. Some liquids are restricted, so check with us first.

Use a strong double-wall box or a crate, and spread the weight evenly. For very heavy or oversized goods, ask for a custom quote.

Write the full address with a phone number, on a flat part of the box. Remove or cover old labels, and keep the tracking ID from your receipt.
